In Kshetra, we don’t just live—we relive those cherished childhood memories. Designed as a serene, village-themed living space, Kshetra is a rare blend of art, culture, and nature, crafted with deep respect for our roots. Every corner of this place whispers nostalgia.
The greenery here isn’t just added—it’s preserved. We have carefully transplanted trees, making sure the land breathes naturally, keeping the spirit of the earth alive. It's not landscaping, it’s love for the land.
As you walk through the community, you’ll discover Manduva houses—graceful, traditional homes that echo the architectural beauty of old Telugu households. With their central courtyards and airy verandahs, they bring back the rhythm of slow living and heartfelt connections.
And then there’s the goshala, home to native cows, peacefully grazing and adding their gentle charm to the space. Their presence isn’t just symbolic—it’s a tribute to our rural heritage, where animals were family and every morning began with their call.
